My host is about to null route my IP

I received an email from my host regarding abuse on one of my site.
It is a file mirror site and no files are stored on the server.
I have a clear TOS on the site too.

I just afraid that my host would shut me down because of this.
Any suggestions what should I do? I have 24hours to respond. :(

Do you have any of theat 'pedo' files on the server?
    If yes, remove it.
If no, tell your ISP that.

The problem is that NO files are stored on the server.
Once the the process of mirroring the file finished, it will then be removed from the server.

I have emailed my host explaining everything and hoping to hear a good news from them. Or else, I will have to move my site to other offshore server. :(

DID you have any illegal content on your server? Or were you linking to it?

If any, your host has a valid complaint.

Let's say people are uploading warez on my site.
My site will upload the warez file to several other filehost (MU, RS, sharezilla, sendspace etc)
And once the remote uploads finished, the file will be deleted from the server.
The link that users will get is a link of that file on other filehosts.

The important thing is, I thought about this issue before starting this site and have clear TOS and Privacy statement.

    Just an opinion.

Whether it resides on the server for a minute or days; if it is on the server you most likely are in violation of the TOS.

So, you might want to go and get a scandinavian host.

I think it's time for you to get another host..

It's always better to read TOS of the host before starting these sites..

It's may be not your fault .. but someone might abused your mirror server which might have been found by them...

I have clarify to my host and the organization and so far they accepted it.
Every now and then, I monitor all the files and make sure no file with obvious filename are uploaded.
The coder of that script has been alerted and will make additional coding to secure the site.

    I'm just plain lucky. ;D
