Hello, I have been a long time click bank promoter and it seems my account is frozen or suspended. When i check the click bank account, it does not say anything about wrong doing, suspension or my account being inactive. At first i thought click bank was updating their servers, but its been a few days with the same results. Has anyone been having the same issue as I? I've searched on google and have come up with little results. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. The only thing that I do differently than most promoters is caching the page on my server, removing all the links which prevents sellers to cheat their affiliates. This page is then served htmltidy with a buy link at the bottom. The cached page opens an very small i frame at the bottom to the hop link so the page is tracked within click bank. Could this be why? Nothing in the coding suggests any reason for being suspicious. Regards, -Jeff http://jz1977.1none1.hop.clickbank.net/ The link you clicked on has expired. It seems like your account got banned or suspended. Have you been doing any blackhat stuff. Better contact clickbank to see what's up
By Blackhat I mean doing stuff against the Terms of Service, like spamming, cookie stuffing, using copyrighted content. Have you done anything like that. Clickbank are pretty lenient when it comes to banning, so you must've done something to get your account suspended.
I don't do anything like that, I've sent clickbank a support email regarding this problem. I don't send emails, sell contents thats not mine. This is why i'm so lost when it comes to being banned on clickbank. My clickbank account doesn't say anything about being banned. I use an iframe, but it not used in a blackhat sense. that is the only thing I can think of. I just checked their do's and don'ts. When the cached page loads, it only loads one cookie. what good is a cached page without a cookie?? this irritates me. do a search on google. site:yagina.com/cb/ click on a cached page for clickbank and view the source. Does that look like i violated the TOS?
I really don't know what caused it. The iframe can be the problem, but only the clickbank staff knows for sure. you'll just have to wait from the response of Clickbank
I've had that happen before when trying to use iframes. I don't know if it's against CB's TOS, but they tend to block IP address of anyone that reaches their site through iframes. It may be to prevent people from cookie stuffing. You have to stop using the iframe for a few days, and then your link will work for you. One way to know for sure is to put a hoplink here or pm it to someone and let them test it. (not the iframe, just your hoplink)
I figured it out. I got two emails, i obviously overlooked. Type of problem: Report HopLink Abuse Comments: The following affiliate = jz1977 has copied my web page and replaced my links with their affiliate links at the following url: http://yagina.com/cb/offers/LLANGID. They have placed it inside of one of their pages and replaced all the links with their affiliate links. They have even replaced all my legal links at the bottom of the page with their affiliate links. Please help. I did some checking and this guy's buy link strips the cookie so the affiliate doesnt get credit. my site was built to fix this. plus there was one more complaint because my site's database only updates once a week, therfor i got this complaint. I inactivated my clickbank product on purpose. I don't even have a clickbank link on my website now. There is now no reason for you to even have http://yagina.com/cb/offers/RLGLASS2 up on your site. --- As much as we affiliates slave for these jokes this is what we get... I've had this happen alot when i seem to make people money and i find way so they can't screw the little man. They get butt hurt and go cry because they cant keep the entire sale.. SAY! i work hard to earn you money. and when we do they complain... affiliate marketing ..... great when it works. but this world.... has issues.. i've had this happen on several other networks.. its irritating. -Jeff
Here is my reply to luke. I love to share my thoughts with others. hello Luke, I just received this message. Click bank pays their affiliates if the visitor buys their product. This is true I cache pages and remove harmful scripts that could cause browser problems. Also. By protecting my right to earn income as an affiliate if the sale is made using their product. By no means do i sell their products. This claim is false. It sounds like I should be making the complaint against him!, I am making HIM sales, yet he is complaining about it. Does he think my site is selling his products? Absolutely not. My goal is to make him money using a marketing strategy. I really don't see the problem here. The only link i see on his page are the buy links and terms of service links. It doesn't make sense to me that http://www.radiantheatdisasters.com/?hop=0 would be complaining unless his buy link strips the affiliate cookie. If i am going to sell a product for someone else, I expect not to get screwed. I am sure this guy probably caught this, because he saw he is paying an affiliate. Please re evaluate this claim. My purpose is to make them money, and protecting my rights as an affiliate not to get screwed over with cookie removing buy links. Please get back to me luke, i would like to resolve this issue without any major conflict. About the privacy links. I can not leave those as most pages are not built the same. I would leave them if i could, with this being said, the cached page is cleaned up with html tidy and a small frame at the bottom to start a cookie session. My idea is not abuse, but not to be abused as an affiliate. -Jeff Zakovec
