My google traffic went down!

    Hi!

    I have a digital camera site infoborder.com .

    My google traffic was fantastic in november, december (average 700visits /day), but in january it went down to 150/day.

    In the same time Yahoo traffic exactly the same as in november, december.

    What could be the problem?

    First check your ranking in search results. If everything else remains the same, most probably people are doing less searches for electronic products due to the economic slowdown. Just one of the possibility.

    I would expect that you have dropped in rankings - that would be the most obvious explanation. Also, have you considered seasonal factors? A lot of people will be searching for presents in November and December in the run up to xmas so traffic could be higher in those periods.

    I dont think it, because Yahoo traffic doesn't went down.
