    Yes you can submit the check in any Indian bank..
    Its a Citibank check payable at PAr..
    So if you submit in citibank, it will be encashed the same day..

    I doubt the cheques discriminate countries to which it is being cashed out to... you can always try money mart (do you have that there? Or a similar company..) to get it cashed out for a fee..

    Hi,
    You can submit Google chq in any bank in which you have account. If your city has citibank, your money will be in your account within few days or else it may take couple of weeks.
