My Google Apps is Hacked

    Hello,

    I have 1,000's of e-mails stored on my google apps account. Today someone has hacked into it. I was told that they did, when I tried to send password reset it appears they have changed the secondary address.

    I have now changed the CNAME records in order for google to reset the account hopefully.
    Is there any legal action I can take against this Hacker in Canada?

    I have to wait 48 hours for the results of the password reset process. I know who hacked the e-mail. Is there any action that I can take?
