    and suggest me how to can active it.

    Need more information - was it working before? For how long? What site(s) are you driving people to? Have you paid your invoices, are your billing details up to date?

    There are many reasons why your account could be deactivated.

    Did it get deactivated or are you just saying that it was never active (email verified?)
