    to be honest I don;t think its a bad idea. if I could find some way to accept 2 cents at a time without having a 30 cent paypal fee with every transaction. If i could get some crazy marketing invovled and have 100,000 people throw 2 cents in each thats a 2000 dollar pot every month. crappy odds but what the hey.

    In conclusion I don' think my idea is dumb but maybe i am for sharing my idea with the dp forum?.next thing you know you'll seel penny lotto's poppin up all over the place. haha.
