My friend's account got banned

    He sent 10 emails in the past 2 months to ask why and google did not respond. any other way to get google to respond?

    hmmm.. The adsens acounts, many times are banned for too many clicks from an IP adress, or something else that they are considering scam

    Normally Adsense A/c Got Banned when user violate their Policy. you firend may made self click's.

    try to request for new a/c sometimes he will get a new a/c .

    The only way you can communicate with Google after having your account disabled is by filing an appeal. Once an appeal is filed, then he has to wait. Sending the same messages over and over again will not speed up the process.

    Hopefully your friend corrected any violations of the program policies on his site before communicating with Adsense. Also, if his account was disabled for invalid clicks, he should have submitted information from his logs showing that he understood the source of the invalid clicks and that he will be able to prevent invalid clicks in the future.

    While waiting for a response, he should be looking into other methods of monetizing his site. The odds are that he will not get his account back.
