My friend tried to join !!

Hello,

A friend of mine has tried to join but she doesn't get the validation email.

She has tried changing the email to different things but she hasn't got any of them.

 

it might help if you post their username....

 

Check spam folder...many times it goes there.

 

Her username is Katie-Baybee and she has checked it.

 

no it looks like she hasn't checked it. Check spam folders or bulk folders!

 

Try different email providers. May be a mail server problem?

I even got her to use an email address that I created as well as checking her old email myself.

It hasn't come

 

Try not using free emaila and also check the spam filters
