    Try getting a sponsor in that targeted Niche. Your friend promotes their product in some way and the sponsor pays them for every sale, click or page impression.

    13million is nuts for having 350,000 subscribers! PrankvsPrank on Youtube has over 3million subscribers and their pranks average about 2million views. If it's any help, they sell a ton of T-shirts with their catchphrases printed on them - "PVP FTW", "Yo Saaaaaan!" Their shirts are under District Lines as featured merch.
