My friend cant post a new thread?

I was wondering my friend has joined DP im not sure if this is because she is trying to post in the buy sell trade section or not but she is not able to post there.. Is there a limit of how many posts before you post in the buy sell trade forum?

 

You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges).
It can take up to an hour for your new permissions to be active.

I'd read it if I were you. There'd be less chance that you receive infractions if you know all the rules.
