I am working on adding more sub-categories and a site re-design. I hope to have the new look done soon.

remember, the more original, quality sites you submit the more categories/subcategories I can add!

 

I added two of my sites. The script you use has a clean looking interface. I will need to collect a few directory scripts, try them out, and write about my reactions.

 

when I bought the domain and directory it was running on the current script which is "Free PHP Directory Script" from biz-directory.org if I'm not mistaken.

I was considering changing to the "PHP Link Directory" from phplinkdirectory.com which seems to be much more advanced.

I'm not sure if I'll make the change howwever since I intend to keep this directory free and SEO friendly that means that I don't need to collect anyone's personal info... and therefore the current script should do fine.

I might eventually upgrade in order to improve the usability of the directory for the visitors as I intend to build the entire domain into a sort of portal/resource with articles and such.

On a side note, I've been building links and expect a PR4 (according to the various tools on the web) and my Alexa rating is getting better so it should pay off for all of those who submit.

Thanks for the FANTASTIC response & submissions! You've been keeping me busy, and I appreciate it.

I wanted to bump this thread one last time because I've hit a milestone, you've all helped me break the 500 sites mark!

I want to encourage you all to submit a few more site if you've got them because once I get to 1000 sites I'm going to cut off the submissions for a while... I want to keep the directory quality high and maximize the benefit for all of those that submit (and yes there is quite a bit of traffic these days).

I'm personally not crazy about red as it's not visually impaired friendly, but the overall simplistic layout and clean and clear concept is nice.
