My forum has nudity - Do I need to do anything extra??????

    Hi,

    My forum has light nudity - Basically its a large forum that has funny videos, and sexy videos and webcam videos with some nudity.

    Do I need to put in a disclaimer or anything?

    Yeah, you'd probably want a disclaimer somewhere on the main page, or even one on it's own dedicated splash page to help avoid legal complications. :)

    If you have some adsense ads on the forum, you better watch out. That's against google TOS.
