Your site is nice but somewhat static, it may be
a wise idea to add fresh news on your topics.

 

your background is fixed in css, i think is better to use top center. use .com for domain friendly

 

Montenegro domain again Good for make domain name more personal, but not so good for SEO and search engine visibility.
I open your website to review it, but then stay to read quality articles.

I agree that the site looks great, but it needs more dynamics. May be news, questionaries, etc.

At site like this is all about content. The search engines and visitors are going to be looking for new content on a regular basis. As long as you can keep the content flowing you should be fine. Other than that the site looks fine, I don't know about the static images on the left and right. I'd static the top and let the rest scroll under it, but that's just me.

 

Really this is awesome site but .ME affecting your traffic. I recommend you to change it to .COM as soon as possible. Contents are very nice. Keep posting quality content with good ratio.
