Good job for the first one, but i guess the white black area of main post container spoiling the whole look, and yeah try to reduce the sizes of comment bubble as well.

 

Yes...as I said, the theme still needs a lot of work

The moment I add DOCTYPE, I get unwanted whitespaces all around the place. Anyone knows why?

GREAT Template!

I really liked it.

A little advice. When you make future templates I would always make them fluid. Meaning it would fit to any screen resolution. This means using css more. The benifits of this is you are catering for everyone. Also I like to use default fonts like ariel and times roman etc
