    cool graphic at the top....green lettering is a bit hard to read, I suggest to find a darker shade so the words are more visible.

    thats nice and good looking directory; only problem i find is that light blue and light green colors are not quite readable but may be these colors are suitable

    Pretty nice! I would change your links to either bold or a darker color because they're kind of hard to read against the white background.

    background color of site i don't like.it doesn't go with white color.
    green color looks very light.so its not easy to read.
    use some dark color.

    I recommend you implement the static URL category pages using .htaccess. I reviewed your page at DirStats and dynamic URLs were the reason behind your directory's rejection

    Is very simple. You need use htaccess and change 'folders4.jpg' because is very hm bad :p check out -> sxc.hu

    I think my only comment is the same as a lot of others, the the text on the categories is too light and hard to see, either make it bold or use a darker shade -but otherwise it is a clean looking directory with a nice looking header.
