My First Website

This is the first website i've ever created so any feed back about design and SEO is greatly appreciated.

A better site template will make your site significantly better. Also, make sure to make it easy for social optimization by making sure you include social site buttons, as well as a share-this link/s.

I would also suggest a more eye-catching, strong, solid header.

I agree im not the biggest fan of the layout and im looking for a better one but currently cannot find one because i'm using a limited program(godaddy's website tonight plan) in which they provide the layouts which arn't very appealing.

Talent Scout, I have a good header but I'll use it for my new layout once i find it,Do you mind if i run a few layouts through you?

Its definitely a first time website since i see you are using a lot of widgets. I like your content and front page. and Wow honestly Ive seen Technology News widget before in my dream lol its cool.

 

Haha Yea I never saw the video wall before an once i did it was a must have.

 

i think your content good, but your must changes or upgreded the themes.....because i dont like the template now

 

I have a new template which i think is a winner but It won't be ready until tomorrow because I have to make it the whole page length, tell me what you think of it here

I think you should simplify your site a bit. Less is more.

 

I like your template...very clean...but you can reformat your content placement to be better. Good luck.

 

The content is great but the logo is not well designed

 

For your first site this is an amazing work ... to improve it you could make a template more high-tech to fit with the theme... to make a more dynamic banner ... and you could rearrange the content to be more easy to read .

Good contents to read and loading time is fast.But you can search for a good template and layout with attractive color schemes.Thanks for sharing..

 

One thing I didn't see mentioned is how all of the content seems to basically run together. I know it doesn't literally touch, but scrolling down, it just makes me feel cluttered.
For a first time website, it's great. And I know it will get better with time.

I looked over your set and personally I think it needs a better layout. At first glance it seems a little spammy with so many ads (which takes away from the content). Usually when I come upon such a site - I simply hit the back button.

With a little work it has great potential.

 

In my opinion, you should also add generic keywords such as investment, good investment, etc. And you can add at least one of the on the meta title
