That's pretty good, especially for a first design. Man, my first drafts were horrible. Anyway, there are a few things I feel I should point out:

    • You shouldn't bold all of your text. Instead, increase the font size and use bold to grab attention.
    • Drop the disappearing mouse hover script. It's annoying to lose my pointer when going through the menu.
    • Your body's background repeats at 1280x1024. Maybe try to center it?
    • You should increase the line height value in your paragraphs to make reading easier.

Page repeats itself vertically on Mac OSX, Firefox, 24" screen.

Consider removing on some of the fonts, too much of it

I wouldn't say "wow", but it's a start. You've got everything cluttered, but good for your first. You should have seen my first.

Impressive but you must use CSS properly..don't use your layout as a background image for one thing. Maybe a background for a div element instead...

Not bad for a first shot. Some quick comments:
    1. Your background should not be the base of your design and layout.
    Because:
    a. It takes too long to load. This isn't 1995. People don't wanna wait for a page to load.
    b. Section headers could have alt tags (a free search optimization tip).
    c. Content would not overlap your design allowing you scalability.
    2. You should learn CSS. HTML is soooooo... like, 1990's.
    3. On all your content pages (eg: http://beybladexortic.byethost15.com/Attack Rings.php), you should replace all your title images with HTML text or at least use alt texts for better search engine results.

That's all I'm gonna give you for now. I will however, commend you on a fairly impressive first site. You have a lot of what appears to be exclusive content. With just a little optimizing you can rank well in the engines and get some decent traffic.

    Best o' luck kid.

    yes, i agree with jack_ss...

maybe have the background black also, then when the page is loading the text can be seen.

also, i know people like to make their title tags pretty, but does nothing for seo, have the most important keyword as the first word in the title tag then use a couple more like below:

BeybladeXortic : United Souls : Anime : Wallpapers : Information

or something to this effect - will Definitely help with seo

Why hasn't anyone suggested it yet: add a no-repeat on your background using css :)
