Hosting is not the problem for new webmasters, programming the pages and FTP is the problem for the new webmaster to overcome. If you do not understand these things you are stuck using a do-it-yourself web page builder supplied by the host and you can not move your site to a new host using one of these. You also are limited to the code you can add, some of them will not let you cut and paste HTML for affiliate programs or ADSENSE either. These free website/blog programs are designed to make money for the ASP/Host as they run their own ads on your pages as a profit center for them.
Maybe you need to get the software "Dreamweaver" and "Fireworks" if you do not know how to code and learn about FTP. Maybe the members will leave links for you Mohamad to help you with these things, let's wait and find out.
