My first website...admin says it loads slower and content are not good hence bounce r

Hi all,

I created my first website for a company and i made my full efforts for arranging good content for that.But after completion the admin person always says that it is loading very slower and also its contents are worst, i ever seen. M frustrated now. Friends kindly i need some help for that. As admin says....are you agree with him. my website is www.srsofttech.com

It loads rather quickly. I do not see any issues.
