My first Twitter campaign

Hi all. Just want to discuss my first Twitter campaign I am about to launch for the company I am working for. And would like to see if anyone think this would work?

Just a very simple competition, giving away prizes for people to tweet with the company name in it as a hashtag. Would this get more exposures, followers, trends and hopefully conversions? thanks

That is a good idea.
There are also sites like retweet.it that you can trade tweets or buy credits on it as well.
What is your twitter account, you'll also want to be very active with it and I don't mean by posting spam. You want to interact with as many people as possible.

 

Please proceed. Twitter is a good social media to generate the traffic for your website.

 

You must try it... what we do on social media is all experiment. This idea looks good to me... However, instead of asking for hashtags you must ask for re-tweets. Re-Tweet is the most powerful feature that Twitter has. All The Best!!
