    Excellent design, its simple but certainly an eye candy.
    maybe can adjust the resolution of your logo and banner/header, its pixelated.

    No its not a MFA site as I never concentrated on high paying keywords.

    Can I remove the banner and place a small logo ?
    Where should I place the adsense ads ? As per google optimization tips they tell to keep it in upper half of page and thats what i did.
