Hi there, there's an empty space between the "Feel free to browse 24/7 and don't forget to tell your friends!" line and the "Enter the URL address" field. I would fill that in with something or reduce the empty space. Other than that your site looks quite clean and user friendly.
yup, add some ads in the blank space. or better, take the "Enter URL here" up and place ads below it.
as first site you should be proud of your achievement. i tell you that it is hundred times better than my first site in 1999.

I can view his site right now, although it seems to load a bit slow, overall it looks ok, just make sure that the host you are using allows proxy sites.
Template looks good. I like the buttons and rollOver effects you have on them. You should swap the title and name of the website, though. It's preferred by search engines that you list the pages title first. G'luck!
i would change your bar colors on the right from red to a little something less intrusive like a light blue. But you do have a clean cut site that i fell will take off since you dont have the home page cluttered like other proxys. Also to let you know goggle will shut down your adsense if they find out you have your code on a proxy site as they dont allow that. I'd go with adbrite or cpl, cpa aff sites!
Dear plum... U r wrong ... Adsense will be blocked if i show ads on the proxy site... like if i open facebook than on that page it should not show ads.. Not on the home page...
