Okay, I just uploaded my new site, www.firstmesothelioma.com . This is the first site that I've ever created. Anyways... I'm now looking to bring some traffic to it. What's the best (most effective) way to get quality traffic to a health site? I think I'm gonna buy one of Exe's directory submission packages, good idea or bad? what else can I do? I think I got pretty lucky with the domain... it wasn't renewed so I snagged it. Let me know your thoughts.
Yes, Exe offers a good service. Also check out the service in my sig. However, both these services (and most similiar services) are best as part of a search engine optimization campaign. Try something like http://www.seo-guy.com/tutorial.html for some basic info on SEO. ~Adam

first your layouts seems o.k for me,for promoting go to some medical forums and add in sig links ,forums like, -medhelp.org/forums,ehealthforum,forums.studentdoctor.net and so so.
The layout is good, the adsense position is quite good, try doing a better blending and i hope u have sucess with ur website!
Yeh, your design looks pretty good to me. I'd start a comprehensive SEO plan - onsite keyword optimization, other link building efforts, etc. Posting on related forums with your link in your sig is a good idea, too. You might even experiement with some cheap, but good quality ppc traffic from engines like GoClick or something.
Could someone explain the mesothelioma phenomenon to me? Why are there so many mesothelioma sites and why does adsense pay so well for mesothelioma clicks? Is it too late to jump on the bandwagon? Why are other cancers left out in the cold?
