Woo fricken hoo. I finally made it and actually had a post make it to the front page of Digg. I tried posting stories that I found interesting, but it turned out that only about a dozen others found them interesting enough to digg them. I am hardly surprised that it was a controversial hot-button topic like protesting war in Iraq that would get the popular rank. I'm not really interested in regularly posting about this topic though, so I guess it will be a while before I'm popular again. Hopefully it will happen at least once more in my life.

I found it funny that so many people from both sides of the coin were claiming to be there, but coming up with wildly different estimates of crowd size. I wonder how many were really there. 1? 2?

What a great investment. I read once that they are earning $300k per month with adsense and were the #2 earner. That was quite some time ago though, so maybe it's not accurate any more.
I forget. Maybe they were. I think they were #2, but it was a while back that I read it. It was a feature listing a lot of sites that made over $100k per month. I remember shoemoney being on the list. Can't recall who else off hand. I'll have to try to find it sometime.
