Change top of page ad position; it should not be placed between title and content.

Increase font size to match the font size of your adsense ads; don't be rude to your visitors by trying to force them to look only at the ads; they'll quit reading your articles and your bounce rate will go high as your earnings will go down.

Take my advice; it might prove I am right.

You can sell it for 6-12 months earnings, but it all depends... if it has PR, good traffic, potential, steady income, keyword-rich domain, backlinks, automated content or you need to update your blog manually, unique content, etc etc etc
