My webmaster blog - check out my new theme. I have been working on it for a long time. It is the first theme with JQuery tabbed sidebar and featured post.

I'm planning to release it for free download in various color schemes once I polish it a bit and fix all bugs.

Please check it and give me feefback. What should I improve? Any suggestions?

    Thanks friends ;)

Nice for your first go around.
I am not crazy about the fonts at all, and personally, I prefer the column on the right.

Needs a 460x80 banner/adsense spot. (or 300x250 in the column)

Those 125x125's are pretty much standard with all of the "make money online" type blogs, but if you want to include affiliate(product) banners or adsense, they won't cut the mustard.

The colors are O.K., but not stunning.

    Is it widget ready?

    The fonts definitely bother me.

Thanks. The font is Georgia. I wante to try how it will look... I will try also Verdana and Tahoma fonts if it'll look better...

I'm planning to put one adsense box into header next to the logo and then some affiliate boxes into sidebar - it's 300px wide so there's enough place for even wide affiliate ads.

:( It's not widget ready yet but I'm working on that. However the tabbed box contains almost evrything needed... Blogroll is in the footer.

Thanks for critique. I will try to modify it, maybe choose different color scheme?

Btw it isn't my first wp theme, I've been making wp thems for amost two months already - but this is my first try for magazine style theme. Those are quite popular these days.

I have changed the font as you recommended and also polished few other details. What do you say now? ;)

The fonts are much easier to look at.
There is something that is not complete that I cannot put my finger on. It's like I can feel the look you are going for, but something is missing, or not right.
I think it is amazing that you can design a theme at all, so I give you cudos for that.
It it were a free theme, it would definitely be worth a download for some...I still think the column on the right would flow better, but , that is just my opinion.

It is kind of missing that stunning RSS feed button that so many 2.0 style themes have. The simple link is not really cutting it.

I don't think the Technorati tag at the top is helping at all.
Still needs a little polishing, maybe some of the other designers, can chime in and give some pointers.

Hmm I dumped technorati icon, added 3d rss icon and validation icons and it looks better :) Thanks
