So not so long ago I finally started my project - Sushi Guy, it will be online sushi cooking show, I'm hoping to make it funny and informational. In my mind I never associate sushi and cooking. Obviously you have to cook the rice, but other than that not much cooking involved there. So, I guess, I am just trying to challenge the whole concept of sushi cooking show.

"Sushi making show" maybe? Or "The art of sushi making"?

By the way I too love sushi. It made me want some as I was looking at the pics.

He makes a very important point here actually. From a brand based perspective you have to consider a few things. Like how to properly frame said effort and plan for what happens if it actually takes off.
