Very nice blog, but try to change the design of your logo and add more graphics.

It looks fine, but this theme, and similar themes are overused way too much so I'd recommend getting a new theme or hire a designer to stand out from the hundreds of other blogs out there that look the same.

Either shorten your blog so their isnt a blank right hand column or put ads or some content thier like widgets or other amusing objects that attract viewers. waste of space that right hand column

One thing, the exercise gym in Chelmsford Prison seems better then the gym i go to...what happened to punishing prisoners ???..anyway thats off topic.

I want to change the header but don't know how to i have a logo ready to put on.

and i understand i need to go to templates folder and the header.php but thats where i get stuck not sure what to do
