OK, I was thinking everyone would laugh at me, but it seems to be the hot topic these days: I finally had my first conversion! Woo-hoo! After so much work, I really needed this! I know it had to happen in the next week because I feared to give up! Now, the REAL work begins!! By the way, out of nowhere, this first conversion come from Amazon, which I didn't promote that much, and from a Gift Certificate sale! I almost had anything to do with that sale, except the click, but I will take it. Gosh, it is the biggest 6$ I ever had! I don't give a damn about the amount, conversion is all that counts! Good luck everyone, don't give up, your turn will come!
I do have some Amazon banners here and there, and I've tried my first aStore this week. I was skeptical with Amazon at first and I really don't promote them that much, was just putting some links because you have to try everything anyway. I must say I'd a lot on clicks on these ones, so Amazon looks to work very well! Someone had try to promote Amazon Movies by the way? Can't believe people paying for movies, but I have some "users" in mind and I want to give this a try. Thank you!
Blogs, social networks (twitter digg bookmarking...), Squidoo pages, link exchange, website directory submission, forums related profiles and signature links when permit. I do optimize my keywords a lot and try to find more specific/less competitive topics. I do everything I can to be friend with Google! I didn't paid anything yet, but it will comes later, when my conversions will be better. I still have to work my websites a lot, it's the most difficult part to me. My plan is to buy links at first, ads later. I think it may be better for search engines juice. I am working on aStores these days. We'll see. Thanks everybody! Good luck everyone! Keep up the good work!
I bet! Must be a pleasant feeling! Funny, I always find it strange when people buy big screen tvs on the net, mostly because of shipping and delivery. That said by a guy who bought his $2,500, over 60 lbs computer rig at Dell online. Ahhh, if I could be my own client!
The key to Amazon is finding product based niches that you can dominate i nthe search engines.... if people are lookin for information on blenders and you give reviews of blenders, then people will more than likely click your links and buy a blender.... then just rnadomly throwing Amazon up and hoping it works.
Affiliate is real why some of us always ask about it. We see succes story around us, can you feel it ?
