my first blog, finally it is live!!

finally i have set it up.

for the last few months, i was planning to make a blog, where i will do some reviews of various websites and blogs. so i made this site.

also, i will try to put some seo and webmaster stuffs there.

i was in search of a clean, white template which i finally got. i have set it up on wordpress, and everything looks fine!

am waiting for your reviews, comments etc on my blog, all answers are welcome, thanks

 

very clean and professional, i really like the blue lines that fade into the white, maybe liven up the header a bit, a plain font just across like that is a little boring, thats just IMO, though

 

You got lots of work to do on the blog..
Its Clean... The feeds on the Sidebar looks Untidy, keep only 4-5 feeds not all
Work hard on SEO and Content

 

looks good. clean and simple. adsense can be easily integrated. if you decided to put adsense and you use light or dark blue for the main anchor text it would blend well

about the feeds, it looks untidy because there is just the one post, perhaps with lots more posts, about 3-5 on the home page, it will look diffenent! other wise i will reduce the rest of the feeds there,

i usually don't place adsense on new sites or blogs, but this it got about 100+ uniques on the first day, from various forums. i will wait for the search engine indexing and traffic, if i get a lot then only i will add adsense. adbrite am testing out right now. let's see if it works.

Hi, I like the theme.

Can I ask a newbie question, how did you get all the feed buttons? Did you add them individually?

A few days ago I was trying to add Del.icio.us button and it took me forever to figure it out.

I like you did a good job, the feed burner widget is a bit wonky though.

 

Very professonal look blog. i like the simple theme, and its so easy to read the article. and yah you can add some advertisment such as google adsense.

also i notice that you put a lot feed burner on left hand side, which is good for blog. but a lil too much.

overall, very good start.. hope you continue to improve your nlog and be a sucessfull webmaster as lots of dp member are. good luck.

 

The header looks too "tight" try making the title font color smaller and height of the header a bit larger.. so everything's not too close together.

 

I like the design - it's nice and clean and there's a lot on the page without it being too cluttered.

I think the 'about site funda' link in the header looks a bit lost on it's own although I like the spacing that's in the header - it means you read the content at your own pace rather than some sites that scream at you as soon as you look at them.

The 'blogs that link here' link looks a bit strange with the >> being underlined too. Perhaps just link the text and not the >> ?

 

Looks very nice and clean.

My only problem would be showing so many RSS Feeder options.

 

Your title is your biggest problem, too many title seperated with a stroke, and don't forget, your title are not in capital letter.

 

yeah.. cut down the number of feed subscribe buttons, it will help in decreasing the page loading time. also it looks bit untidy. Also right now you can remove the option 'you ad here'. Its to early to monetize a blog.
Else, colour combination of your blog is wonderful. I liked it.

The main headline seems pretty big and consists of only black/basic font. Maybe adding some colors/stylish fonts to make the design more fancy!

 

To be frank, I did not like the design. Could be because I have seen many good blog designs. You should have put a good image header and there is no footer. Also I always prefer a two column design over three column. But the success of a blog depends on its content and not design. So best of luck with your blog.

 

I like the clean design. However, from a quick glance it seems to be very cluttered on the right; personally, similar to Aragorn's opinion, I think a 2-column design would be less "chaotic"
