I see lots of ads, and very little content. Definitely add more content, and perhaps cut back on the ads. Look at it from the visitor's point of view. If you were visiting this site, would you feel you were gaining valuable information? Or just being sold something? Also a more brightly colored background might be a good idea.
Way too many ads, i always try running the site with no ads until i get traffic. The typography is also very hard to read. I would also try not to get into the habit of just linking to others content...it only drives people away from your site.
I know it is heavy on ads now, I was trying to make it look legitimate by posting some bigger companies on it but I went over board. I will look into the coloring options, now that you mention it is is very dark. Tonight I will devote my time to just strictly adding content to the site... your first blog is about "I made money"? Did you make money somewhere else.....or are you telling people how to make money online (which you have never done, I assume) - and nevertheless is an EXTREMELY difficult keyword topic to attack as a virgin.
I am not sure where you are pulling that quote from, there is no posting that states that. You should be careful about assuming, I have made money online, just not through blogging...
Good content will keep them coming back again and again. You can have only a few ads and still do well because repeat visitors will begin to click.
I'll echo the other comments that it's all about good, quality content. And don't go overboard with ads. It's annoying and will drive away the traffic you're probably working hard to bring in.
