Happy to say that, my site has got first back link from Google. I can see my site, appearing in Google's results for some top keywords related to my site. I wonder many webmasters have G back link in 1000's, is there any way to get that without paying $. Any help to improve my site on SEO point of view, would be gladly appreciated.
You probably have more than the 1 that you can see or are talking about. Google don't like to show them all for some reason. Google webmaster tools will show you more, but it still don't show every single one of them. There are some online tools that will but most have limits of 1000 backlinks they will show you. Congrats though it is always nice to see the big G has found your site and actually adding it. Keep working on it, hard work pays off.
Hi, im new and just looking through threads and found yours, my friend been trying to get google backlink withput success, did u get it through paid service or you did it yourself. He got a social site called FriendsWeCan.com
Nope i got that automatically. But now they have removed that, oh god. But many people are linking to my site from theirs, once their pages are included. I may get more. Any way thanks for sharing friendswecan.com
Congrats senthil on that occasion. But what exactly you want to say is that Google has indexed your site, so it's coming under SERP for some key phrases. And certainly not that you are getting back link from Google home page. So be sticky to get that one too........ sounds challenging, right!!
Does your 3rd sentence only apply after a page rank update? My site is quite new and its shows no back links in the webmasters tools, when in fact I have many.
I believe PR was last updated on May 27. But not sure. My site was started, on 3rd june. G updates, backlinks regularly and PR once in a while. And this time it has been more than 3 months, webmasters expecting soon. But i feel that, PR based SERP will be reduced.
Good Job not keep it up. Build link with other sites of your niche and you will have your PR increased on the next update.
