I've seen that method used on various types of websites. Not so sure if it works though. But if you can make the person believe that the offer will end in the amount of time you set it might just work out.

Could you explain to me how you Iframe a form like that? I put a comment on your blog about how I am going to be trying something in the near future. Since we both are in kind of the same boat here, I'd enjoy exhanging thoughts/ideas on the subject.

I'll let you know when I get my campaign going.

Hey Glenn, just got your comment. Shoot me an email (contact info on my blog) and we'll talk. I can show you how to iframe a form. I would highly suggest asking your CPA network first before doing this.

Cool, thanks. the product I picked doesn't have any kind of form on their landing page, so I'm assuming that there isn't a way to do this and still use my hoplink. I think I am going to just go with landing page that points to theirs, and hope for conversions. I did the math, I only need a 1% CTR to make my plan profitable, which I hope I can attain. well, actually I hope I can attain a lot more too.

That's sad. If affiliate vendors start skimming off sales like that it's almost impossible to make an adwords campaign profitable.

That's a really good post. Very few people are willing to give out that much information on how to make a profitable adwords campaign. I've paid $97 for e-books that wouldn't give out that kind of information.

Were those both pay-per lead programs and if so are those the only type of programs that you could manage to profit from on adwords?

I bought Jeremy Palmer's book HPAM (before it became free) and his course PPCclassroom. I noticed that they were almost always pushing some sort of offer that had some sort of discount, coupon or free trial. However, I never could find a good offer to promote myself.

When did you start your campaign? Did you start on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday? Your conversion rate drop could have something to do with the days of the week.

Try running your campaign on certain days and times when people have money and are willing to purchase. You should also check with the main company to see if their affiliate program is exclusively run through Advaliant.com.

Another theory I just came up with is maybe one of your competitors is getting people to click on your ads to take you out of the picture.

Read his Internet Business Daily Blog to learn what he did. He actually shared more information than many people would. It's really interesting though because I never thought anyone could earn any money bidding $1.00 or more per click. I always thought the common conversion was AT LEAST 1 out of 50 if your traffic is targeted.
