Looks like you got most of the theory regarding depth, placement, etc. down.
But why did you not just scan in a pencil sketch?
It would have looked considerably better.

 

There are different types of art in this World ... People do pencil art, digital art etc and everything got their own beauty ... I myself do pencil sketch too but this one was just another type of art i tried

Phyza! try to use Adobe Illustrator CS4 its really tool for sketching and drawing works better than Photoshop!

 

not at all bad for starters...how long did it take you to complete it?
try colouring it now...and use more pro s/w for designing next time, instead of MS word.
I can see some talent in you...keep up the good job
