Here is my story.... I have created a adword account..... The other details are as follows....

    My monthly spendings $20
    Maximum CPC - $0.1
    I have on Budget optimiser
I have selected 7 keywords and targetted US

The keywords are not high bidding keywords...... They will have only few searches a day (My guess)...

But i left the campaign for one full day... No impression and no clicks.. My questions...
    1) What would be wrong and what should i change...
    2) How to find the number of searches a day that a particular keyword is having..
    3) I am in other country... How can i see my ad that is displaying in US. For example if we target we can Uk we can check it with google.co.uk

Please insists me how can i make my ad being getting impressions and clicks...

This is like saying my car won't start this morning what should I do? I'm guessing it is a new campaign/account and you are in a queue to have the details manualy checked by Google. however, PM me if you would like me to have a closer look for you.

    2) How to find the number of searches a day that a particular keyword is having..
You can look at the traffic estimator within your AdWords account to have an idea of traffic however, if this is too low the toll will not provide any results. Once your advert is running you can look at your impressions which if you advert is on the 1st page will give you an indication of the number of times the keyword is searched for.

You need the AdWords preview tool, just type adwords preview into google and you should be able to select regions you wish to look at.
