    I have a few adult sites.

    My 2 cents would be to start a small TGP on it, get a few hundred visitors a day and sell it.

    IMO a name that like would sell for high $xx to low $xxx.

    Undeveloped worth reg fee - low $xx imo. Develop it if you want to increase its value.
