One of the reasons why I love being a Clickbank affiliate is how much money you make on one sale - most of the time a sale averages around $20. I had to laugh when I logged in and found that my first Clickbank sale of the day was a mere $.88. I didn't think they allowed commissions that small... I am not complaining. I have made several higher value sales through this particular program - which is in the Hypnosis field, I just didn't know that they had any bargain items on their site... Anyway, since there are often threads about how high someone's sales were in a particular day, I thought I should brag about my low sale of the day.
Sweet, I need to start promoting that (not). I got a sale like this the other day but it turns out that it was set up to recurring bill one time after for $50, it was like a $1 trial membership, then if you don't refund it auto bills for $50 in a week. So I guess it wasn't that bad. Took me by surprise though.
I got a sale recently with a whopping $0.26 commission. Actually that was just a one-time sale and not recurring, so that sucked double time
Hah! I made a few of those .88 cent commissions the other day. I made 3 of them from the same person so that's... 2.64 all together! It must be the same product (in the hypnosis field.) I'm hoping there's some sort of back end or something going on here. WTF? 88 cents?!
Wow, that is the worst commission I've seen yet, didn't even know they allowed you sell products that low lol
The affiliate program, as I mentioned, is in the hypnosis field - the publisher is having a $5 sale on daily affirmations. This explains my cut of $.88. Hopefully, this will lead to better commissions once the sale is over. This is not the first "sale on products" that I have noticed recently. Other Clickbank programs I am in, have been having discount sales. This could be due to the summer doldrums or is it the result of a slowing economy? Personally, I have not noticed any real increase in my commission sales rates during these sales days - just a loss of revenue. But I guess that the publishers are doing a lot of emailing with these special prices - which generates extra sales for them, if not commissions for me...
OMG! This post had me almost peeing in my panties !!! hahaha, wow I sure hope the product wasn't selling for $97 and you made .001% whew thats funny stuff LOL
