Ok I'm taking back my original CSI post..it is fake but it's fake because it's a gif

A gif would not show that kind of pixelation unless a Jepg was pasted into it before making it. try it yourself with your own stats...here's mine to show.

I use adwords but ONLY for google search. No affilate sites (aol, etc) or for-content. I find the content adwords 90% a waste of $$$

    hmm nice comment.

Anyways that site is the one he sent me as well. I was brave and clicked a couple of the directory links that did no more than sit there and look pretty for me. As I see today they are working though so maybe he decided he had better make sure they work.

Yep. He's changed it. Also, yesterday there was a reference in the source code to his(?) SEO company ( http://www.seoextremestrategies.com/ ) which has also now been removed.

I've been reading these forums for a while now, but this thread finally got me to register. haha

First off, it is a pleasure to meet everyone!

Ok, formalities out of the way...

I'm trying to stay level headed and not jump into the riot and string this guy up to a tree. :)

Trying to remain objective here is my observation so far:

    1) The $1500 day doesn't bother me because it certainly is possible but not easy.

    2) The screenshot he showed seems to look legit but there is no way to know for sure. The pixelization doesn't bother me. That often happens when you save a jpg out of photoshop, especially when you reduce the quality.

Unfortunately, that doesn't prove one way or the other if it is fake or not. I guess it still could be fake. If it IS fake, he lined up all of the graphics perfectly. If the channels are fake he would have had to create the underlines and if you use the "underline" tool in photoshop in the "character" panel it will actually place an underline 1 px higher than it displays on the actual AdSense screen. So I'd have to believe at least the channels are real unless he took the time to create and lineup every underline by hand. The totals, you never know. There is no proof they are real but there is also no proof they aren't.

OK, so just for sake of argument, assuming he is telling the truth there are questions I have. Where is he getting this traffic from? Is it possible to arbitrage on a massive level? Yes. I know people who have done it. But there isn't much ROI in arbitraging AdWords.

So he or the "guy" must have a cheap traffic source. There are certainly many out there. Keyword Marketplace can deliver targetted traffic at only $0.015 per visitor. And if you look at the channels, he DID go after industries that could actually produce some high bid prices. He obviously couldn't get ranked in those terms but it would be fine for arbitrage.

So would it be economical? If he had 42,000 page impressions and there was an average of two page views per unique visitor which is reasonable, he would have to spend $315 to get those impressions. At a 3% CTR he would have approx 1260 clicks. If he brought in about $900 on that account, that is $0.71 per click. He would profit about $585 per day on that account. That isn't too bad if it is true. Even if you reduce the CTR a little, there is still room in there to make a profit.

Is this easy? NO, but certainly possible. Especially when you look at his screenshot closer. He made most of the money on the top channel (lawyer). I think if there is any term that could generate $0.71+ per click and have the potential to create THAT much traffic, that one is it. It looks legit to me.

But that leads me to my next point: Certainly this kind of success couldn't be made by everyone using this "system". Is everyone going to set up a lawyer site? There wouldn't be enough cheap traffic to go around.

Thanks for posting the flower site again, I had lost the link. The site isn't great, but it isn't bad either. The design is clean at least, especially with so much crap out there. It looks like he is using CSS extensively and he has some hidden text in there too. But reminding myself that the site is for arbitrage and not for rankings as he claims, I guess the hidden text can just help produce more relevant ads. If he isn't worried about getting ranked then I don't think this is a major issue.

I think he needs to work on some content though. It is clever that the name of the domain implies that it is a "directory" so all of the scraped results don't look totally out of place.

I think he could have approached this forum in another way if he was really looking for feedback. He might be sneaky but it does seem legit to me.

However, I guess my final thought is... SO WHAT! Ok, you made $1500 in one day. Good job! But the rest of us can't do it using your method because most of the highest paying industries you've already taken.

I am more interested in the SEO side of this product than the arbitrage side. I hope he comes back and explains himself. We may have scared him away. haha

All the person needs to do is login into adsense, create x amounts of channels copy the source code to a page on your server and change the numerical values, then take a screenshot.

I sense a lot of jealousy and envy here. He may be lying. He may not be. But it is possible to earn thousands of dollars with Adsense, Not people can't make 1000 in a motnh. Not to be degrading but these mega adsense earners do exist and it is very musch possible to make that mcuh money.

I'm not denying it can't be faked, but seriously, you are talking about setting up all of the channels, copying source, placing it on a server, changing the numbers, taking a screenshot, placing it into photoshop anyway to blur out the CTR and clicks, then saving it and posting it on this forum.

He posted the graphic about 30 minutes after being asked and he was also typing other posts.

I'm not saying it is real or not real. What I'm saying is that this is possible.

I'm also saying that it really doesn't matter if it IS true because it doesn't really benefit anyone else.

Well no duh. You're talking to alot of them.

But this person is outright lying. Had we believed him, shebang! He can get us in contact with the inventor and get us some beta testing accounts for like only 500 bucks! We'd make that back in a week!

Take a look at this site...
    http://www.the-official-flowers-directory.org/

Then take a look at this picture:

Flower sites have gotten him 3100 page views. He said he has 80 sites, so assume he has 7 flower sites. That makes 442 PV's per flower site on average.

In the original post he says:
So he is relying on search engine referrrals for traffic. If you can find me a single keyword that he ranks for on any engine (yahoo, MSN, or google), then its possible. But since you cannot, it is not possible.

Why is there even a discusson on legitimacy?

He said he had 80 sites. read the original post.

    EDIT
He said he had 8 sites, actually. So even my reading comprehension sucks today. In 48 hours they were making money is the next statement.
