LOL...i'll take that in a ZIP Bob! :D

But seriously guys, he's told us enough already and has already said some things that seems consistent with alot of big marketers already. The only left to do now is go out and test it out yourself. I'm already working it myself...will post results soon enough ;)

That's so rude. Why don't you ask Coca Cola for their secret recipe while you're at it.

Hi aj22, and thank you for sharing these infos!
But I think there is something wrong about the phrase I quoted, you said that 1:80 (1,25%) of visitors goes from your 'cat food' landing page to your 'ringtones' landing page, right? So we have, for example:

You buy 1000 clicks from Content Network at 0,04$ cpc (the lowest price you said), and that's 40$

If 1,25% of these 1000 users landed to your 'cat food' web page, goes to your ringtones landing pages, you have only 12.5 people on your ringtone landing page. If you sell 1 ringtone to these 12.5 people (8% conversion rate I pretty high on your landing page, anyway), you earn only 12$... considering a 'standard' offer... so you spent 40$ to only earn 12$?

To double your investment I think you had to have at least a 25% CTR rate from you 'cat food' landing page to you 'ringtones' landing page?
Let me know what you think!

My conversion rate is 1:80 out of all clicks. Yesterday I got 6,000 clicks. 1 out of every 80 converted (approx.) for around 75 conversions.

I pay on avg .08 per click ($6.40 for 80 clicks) to yield a $15-16 conversion.

Ok aj22, I see! So let's say you basically have a 15% CTR rate on your 'cat food' landing page, and that bring 900 visitors of 6000 on your ringtones landing pages. On this one you have a 8% conversion rate, so 900 visitors bring you 72 conversions.

No, those numbers are off. Like I said there's stuff missing from my mysterious 'cat food' formula, so it's hard to go in any further.

My ringtones merchant page (the very last step my customer needs to take) converts at 1:8 on good days (of the certain small % of people who make it there).

    aj22,

question, so when a vistor clicks on your ads it brings them to a page (landing page) with info of whatever that "keyword" was and you place ringtones ads on this page hoping the visitor click through to your ringtones landing page and convert?

correct me if im wrong? :D

Incentives for ringtone offers are not allowed, so I don't think very highly of them.

Azoogle's Flycell offer is actually incentivizable...At least, it was the last time I checked, which was a week or so ago

how would you incentiveize a cell offer that makes someone pay 10$ a month?
