Um, I get back my advertising expenses plus DOUBLE every day, and at the least my expenses plus 1x that on bad days. If that's shitty ROI, then, damn, I don't know what is.

Well, yes, that is true...but you won't get the Google bitch-slap up to $10 per keyword on the Content Network at least.

Yes, Content Network...sometimes my ads go live in an hour...sometimes they don't live for two days.

    "Need a little patience......yeah."

How do you mange your keywords to maintain the best CTR? Do you simply delete what isn't converting to clicks. When do you think it's the best time to delete keywords/phrases? Need an approximate amount of impressions without clicks. BTW I'm using the Google Search Network and the content network as well.

Well, greg, I think you will get pwned on Search...but that's just me. I hope you prove me wrong.

I think 'when to give up on certain keywords' was already covered in this thread. If not, I know I've seen it somewhere here on this forum.

so it's possible that you only get a trickle in the beginning and then after 7 days, it comes full force? I set my cpc to .10 and I only saw like 30 clicks. then I stopped the campaign because I thought it was just too little. Will that number increase after day 2? I guess I have to try...

I'd up the bid a little to start, for one... and for two, I'd let it roll for at least 3 or 4 days.

Who approves you in the content network? The website owners or Google? I'm guessing the website owners but I'm not too sure.

Seriously! A couple days ago I pictured Greg as some guy in a high-tech lab designing algorithms and web crawling bots to go after my sites - but he's just an innocent little nooby. We'll get you going Greg, not to worry.

I mentioned I was a newbie early in this post. Do you think I should pull my search keyword targeted campaign and just wait to appear thoughout the content network?

If you are actually being serious with these questions you need to stop all your campaigns NOW and keep reading/learning ... or else you'll just be handing $$ over straight to big G.

Yes, this is true, Greg. To get approved on Content Network, the Content Network gnomes (who live inside your computer, by the way) have to sacrifice one albatross for every 5 words in your ad.

Then you must call Google and ask them about the latent airspeed of a European swallow.

Sorry, I have been reading posts in another forum for the past 10 hours.

I feel like my eyes are about to fall out. Ouch...see, there goes one now.

I opened this thread just about 1 month ago now. 500 posts and 15,000 + views later it's the most active and replied to thread on the Azoogle forum here at DP, so I figured at the very least I could give a monthly update to establish some sort of ongoing personal credibility as well as inject some of the motivational juice... so here is where I am at thus far in February...

Looking to round out February between $50,000-$60,000 and looking to double that for March. Have 2 new offers not related to ringtones which look VERY promising. So we'll see....

Wow! Very nice! How do you get enough clicks to earn that much money? So far I've earned a measly $90 with about $20 in clicks but can't get enough clicks to earn anything even close to what you're earning.

    Scale it

    More keywords

    More ad groups

    More campaigns

Keep scaling until your eyes bleed
