Is the $15 check processing fee the take from affiliates. Setting the industry standard. This is followed very closely by my second favorite thing - the 24 hour cookie. And finally the non-disclosure that many products are OEM not retail. It's always a good feeling when what shows up doesn't match the description or picture on the site.
You can always go for direct deposit. If you're outside, there's no processing charge. So effectively, there's an option for you not to pay any administrative charges to get your commission earnings.
Merry Christmas guys! and I agree about the PIA thing.. It tends to be disconcerting when the product doesn't match the description and you get the emails whining about it. Still it does seem to sell relatively well. I've done well with the video on demand movies that they have but the down side of that one is that there is that little undisclosed proprietary movie player that they hit you with AFTER you buy the movie. Somewhere out there is an honest merchant.. standing beside a unicorn no doubt...
... i had this problem too, but i was depositing to my visa and everytime my money go through i will have 3 different fees by different finacial institution
i am angry with Amozon, he appoved my application and give me the link, but after 2 days, he sent me email, and said my application is refuse. but i alreadly do a lot work.
That's why I do direct deposit. The only one I don't do DD with is Linkshare, but I don't do much with them, so I don't worry about it. And, as far as I know, there's not a processing fee with them.
4 Days and still waiting for a customer service rep to get back to me from Amazon. Top notch service!
I would bug them again - they've always gotten back to me quickly. I was already doing direct deposit becuase I was selling my used books there, and it works well. But 24 hour cookie is sort of silly.
