has anyone had a good experience with payoneer? they seemed like a great way to get paid through AdultFriendFinder but they rarely respond to emails and after a month I haven't received my payoneer card ... are they out of business already?
I believe they are still in business. I used them for several months via Plimus and got the card within 60 days of the sign up. I use the Support Form within my account and they usually respond within 48 hours. But since I no longer use them for several months I am not sure what is happening with them now. But Plimus is still actively promoting this option so I am very sure they are still around.

UPDATE: Payoneer has been extremely helpful. The card they sent got lost in the mail and they are re-sending one via courier. A+ for service. I'm excited to start using the card ... thanks Allan!
They have an online support from Monday to Friday , there is no need to email them , You can a chat facility with the Customer officer on their site . Payoneer card takes around three weeks to ship to the countries outside US .
Hi, I applied for a Payoneer Card 4 days ago through Serebra Connect and my application still under review ! How much time it take to get a reply from them ?
You should receive your card within 3 to 4 weeks. My application was never under review so I am not sure about how long the review time frame is.
Well mine is still under review ! I don't understund what they are reviewing ! everything is clear. Anyone know how much time it take ?
