    Hello!
I managed to find a niche too easy, where the site is the # 1 rank in the serps has only 80 unique backlinks and low quality.
For more than three months I started to build backlinks to this niche, and the first month I made 300 backlinks from sites unique.
But he has not spent in the serps, you know how long google takes to recognize that my site is better than his?

A single high quality link may be the reason your competitor is indexed, while you're not. Continue building natural links to your site and you'll have no problem ranking in your niche.

It seems the niche you expected for easier job may not be that easy. You cannot beat your competitor just because of quality backlinks since your website is still new from Google perspective. This is a so called "domain age" impact and you have to wait at least more 3 months to see your progress. If you still cannot beat your competitor then this niche might not that easy or your competitor may be stronger than you anticipated. Sometime the number of links cannot give you exact clue how your competitor ranks anyway, but a few of them might have a hidden quality which you may not know by a plain analysis.

Your domain's age matter as well. Google might be seeing your competitor as a more authority website than your site. Build links naturally. Keep on adding quality content and avoid duplicated articles as you can.

I read all the responses and considered, however, my biggest question is:
If I build more links and better quality than my competitor, and I really am the authority of the niche, GOOGLE delay in time to position myself better than my competitor?

You should keep doing what your doing.. more links and better quality sounds good :p Wait 2 or 3 weeks to see the results.. I don't think anyone knows the answer to your question better than Google themselves.

Volume of links is not the main basis here. Build more quality links and wait for more time for your site to rank well in the SERP.

See, google has its own criteria for judgement between you and your competitor. You just think that you have to earn through making your site better. You cannot judge that your backlinks are quality or unique, just keep on maintaining quality and wait. Your patience will definitely get some benefits more than your competitor and at that time google will consider this difference. This could take some months but be confident and concentrate on your work.

Keep building backlinks, and adding content... and you'll see that your website will rise in the SERP.

There are too many factors. Backlinks are the only one of those too many factors.
You say he has a low quality site. But G doesn't agree with you.
3 months are usually enough to see the backlinks effect.
Most probably you need to forget your 300 backlinks and look at his site again to find a detail which you haven't seen yet.
