    You can buy dedicated IP for your hosting and migrate to Drupal 7 which get faster and more secure.

    I second upping the php memory. I have had to up it twice now with the new ubercart to 512.

    I have visited your site and try to understand the problem of slow speed of your website. I think you are using shared hosting. The main problem is in your web hosting. It is sucking your bandwidth.
