My drupal is running SO SLOW!!

    I never had a problem with lag before but after installing drupal. My site lags like crazy!!!

    Executed 67 queries in 10321.71 milliseconds. Come on NOW. Thats crazy! How can I improve speed? I am also hosted on hostgator is that a problem.

    Using drupal6

    You may have installed many Drupal modules. What is php_memory limit. Drupal is good with min. 64MB memory limit.

    We're running 5 drupal installs on one VPS and they're not slow. You just need enough memory and CPU to cover them all, and on a cheap shared host, good luck with that.

    Activate drupal cache sistem, or just install boost module ... that will speed your site .. and you need at least 128 php_memory_limit .. for efficiency

    I deleted it and decided to go with another CMS. ;\ Same outcome, just different software.
