    Obviously I didn't sell it, but I wonder how mods would track it anyway, because for example I use a dynamic IP - sometimes it shows me in the UK - other times in the US (AOL reseller)

    He is most definitely a scammer. No one in thier right minds would offer someone $400 for an forum account with only 1000 posts.

    You may as well use the money to buy lifetime signature links.

    I thought the guy was very suspicious, I'm gonna take the cash next time he offers in a separate paypal account and not give him the details :D He's a scammer, so I might as well beat him at his game.

    At the most he'd get $10 per sig link a month. Thats $40 a month from DP so the $400 was 10 months worth of sig sales, assuming you don't post any more.

    You've only been here around 6 months and still only have 1 reputation blob. I'd say you might get a few bucks for your account but don't really think its worth 400.

    I wonder how many of these people making offers are DP members who were banned for one reason or other and have found that they just can't live with it, they are willing to do anything to be able to come back.:D

    Yeah, the mods would probably not do that. As technically you knew he would be banned and you get your account back, so you'd be "stealing".
