    I am guessing your not referring to bankruptcy in the UK? In the UK it seems to be an easy way out... but although some claim you will get it wiped off your record with in a year or so, sometimes it can be up to something like 15 years. In the UK it isnt as easy as people think and it's not an easy way out of debt.
