My domain registrar wont unlock my domain!!!

Hello. I own the domain zoomvisitors.com. I recently sold it, and I tried to transfer it. It is clearly over 60 days old, but the transfer got blocked. I contacted my host, hosting24.com multiple times(around 20 emails in 1 week), and they have claimed they unlocked it. They have clearly not unlocked the domain, and my buyer of the domain is waiting a long time to get it transferred. I am losing patience. Is there any way I could sue them to get the domain unlocked or is there someone higher up on the domain name food chain that could unlock this domain for me? Thanks.

    Joe

ps- after this fiasco, I would never recommend hosting24.com to anybody! WORST customer service in the business.

Give your hosting24.com account to the buyer.

That may be a problem if he has more other domains or webhosting account with hosting24.com

it appears those hosting24 are reseller of directi. what type of panel u got from them ? i think u can move that domain to other directi resellers or to answerable.com that better choice.

It looks like zoomvisitors.com was unlocked on May 4. If you have the EPP code, it wouldn't hurt to try again.
