My domain name resellerclub.ws was locked by resellerclub.

I registered that domain yesterday through my resellerclub reseller account,and receive a mail that they said I was infringing upon their trademark.

But I only building a resellerclub unofficial forum for all the reseller of resellerclub.
I don't think any others on how to make profits from this domain name.
Just building a platform that can discuss with other resellers of resellerclub.

Who can tell me what can I do to keep this domain name?

 

Give up now, you're definitely guilty of infringing on their trademark and don't have a hope of defending yourself no matter what your intentions were/are. Just put it down to learning and steer clear of these obvious TM domains in the future.

 

AussieDomainer is correct. Never touch TM issues to avoid wasting your money and time.

 

But this domain can be mean as club of reseller.
They don't want to register this domain name,but I need this domain ,just building a reseller forum named club of reseller.

I don't use there brand name to making profits.

 

It is trademarked. Better be glad they didn't take you to court over this. If your selling domains you really should know about domain laws such as this.

 

You cannot use it for sufficient reason. But you can go for resellerclubfan or so. Better seek permission from them. Also tell them that this will benefit them only by promoting their service and supporting their feature

 

Unfortunately, you really can't. You regged a domain bearing their trademark,
as the others said, and at its holder-registrar at that.

Consult a lawyer if you wish to pursue this. But I'll honestly tell you it's a lost
cause.

Consider this a lesson learned, and try to get a variation of the domain name
instead with another registrar.

 

dopanel, thats a clear cut case of trademark Infringement and you dont have much of a chance by registering such domain name.... It wont hold in any court of law.

Stay clear of trademarked domain.

If you want to create a platform where in all the resellers of www.resellerclub.com can participate, then you should try to use sites like www.ning.com and create a community.

They move this domain name to their own account,but the dns still keep the same!
